Return policy

Prime Prams is dedicated to offering the highest levels of quality and service – each item is subject to 14 days cooling off period.

Please make us aware if you would like to return an item within 14 days from the date of receipt – returns after this will not be accepted and proof of purchase will be required. The item/s will only be accepted for a refund if they are in the original packaging, in an unused, perfect condition with all labels attached and manuals included.

Any unsuitable item purchased from us between 1st December and 24th December will be included in our extended returns policy. These items may be returned to us up until 31st January. The item/s must be returned in the original packaging, in an unused, perfect condition with all labels attached and manuals included.

Returns on made to order items will not be accepted. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us straight away.

You can choose to either organise your own return, at your own cost and risk, or request a collection using our collection service which incurs a charge. For further details, please call 0151 352 8166.

Please note: We can only return items within the UK.

Refund Procedure

A refund, replacement or exchange will be processed once we have been notified of your request. If we have arranged a collection upon your request, we will issue a refund less the applicable collection charges back to the same payment method used when placing the order.

Any refunds due will be processed within 14 days by Prime Prams once we have received the item/s.

Cancellations

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please notify us straight away. This can be done over the phone, or by email.

If your order has already been dispatched, you will be liable for both a delivery and return charge. If we have arranged a collection upon your request, we will issue a refund less the applicable collection charges back to the same payment method used when placing the order.
